It may only be September, but SeaWorld is already getting ready to deck the halls. SeaWorld Christmas Celebration 2026 returns to all three SeaWorld parks beginning this November, bringing millions of lights, live shows, roaming performers, holiday characters, and plenty of familiar traditions to Orlando, San Antonio, and San Diego.
While Christmas Celebration is a staple across the SeaWorld parks, each location has developed its own version over the years. Some entertainment has become familiar across multiple parks, including holiday adventures with Clyde and Seamore and visits from Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Other offerings are completely unique to their respective locations, giving each park a different lineup to explore.
This year is already shaping up to be particularly interesting for entertainment. SeaWorld Orlando is bringing back several longtime favorites, including one holiday production that hasn’t been presented since 2019. San Antonio continues to build its Christmas Celebration around large-scale entertainment, including a relatively new parade, while San Diego is preparing to cover the park in more than one million lights.
With Christmas Celebration only a little more than a month away, here’s what’s currently announced for all three SeaWorld parks.
SeaWorld Orlando Christmas Celebration

SeaWorld Orlando will be the first of the three parks to begin celebrating, with Christmas Celebration running on select dates from November 6, 2026 through January 4, 2027. The Orlando event has grown considerably over the years, spreading holiday entertainment throughout nearly the entire park. Major stadium productions are joined by smaller street performances, character experiences, elaborate light displays, and nighttime entertainment around the central lagoon, creating a lineup that offers more than traditional Christmas shows.
One of the biggest stories for longtime SeaWorld Orlando fans this year is undoubtedly the return of Miracles at Orca Stadium. The holiday production originally debuted in 2007 and became a Christmas Celebration tradition for more than a decade before disappearing following the 2019 season. Miracles combines the park’s orcas with Christmas music, lighting, and a distinctly different atmosphere from SeaWorld’s regular daytime orca presentations. Its return is especially notable following the reintroduction of nighttime orca entertainment during summer 2026, when Light Up the Night returned to the stadium. With Miracles coming back for Christmas, guests will once again have the opportunity to experience a nighttime holiday production at Orca Stadium for the first time in seven years.
Miracles is far from the only major show returning this Christmas. At Bayside Stadium, Winter Wonderland on Ice once again brings outdoor ice skating to Central Florida, combining professional skaters, holiday music, and elaborate costumes with the illuminated Sea of Trees providing a backdrop across the lagoon. O Wondrous Night also returns to Nautilus Theater with its retelling of the Nativity story through more than 30 Christmas carols, life-size puppets and live animals. Meanwhile, Clyde & Seamore’s Countdown to Christmas takes over Sea Lion & Otter Stadium, putting SeaWorld’s familiar sea lions and otters into a Christmas-themed comedy filled with the chaos guests have come to expect from a Clyde and Seamore show. Together, the productions give Orlando several substantial live shows spread across three of the park’s major entertainment venues.
Some of the most fun entertainment at Christmas Celebration, however, doesn’t require sitting down inside a stadium. The Jump Rope Toy Soldiers are returning with their combination of jump-rope skills, acrobatics and comedy. The performers have become a familiar sight during Christmas Celebration and are among the holiday offerings from WeFlip Entertainment, the Orlando-based performance company that has also become increasingly visible throughout SeaWorld’s other seasonal events. Elves Christmas Story, another WeFlip production, also returns with a mix of storytelling and acrobatic performance, giving guests another smaller-scale show they can discover while making their way through the park.
Those performances are joined by several roaming characters and atmospheric acts that help bring Christmas Celebration out of the theaters and into the pathways. The Ice Stilt Walkers return in their elaborate winter costumes alongside the Snow Globe Ballerina and SeaWorld’s traditional marching Toy Soldiers. They may not have stadiums or elaborate sets of their own, but these smaller performances play a big role in making the entire park feel like part of Christmas Celebration rather than leaving the holiday entertainment confined to a handful of scheduled shows.
Families will find even more entertainment elsewhere in the park. Mrs. Claus’ Magic Kitchen returns with its lighthearted Christmas cooking show, while Sesame Street Land gets its own holiday makeover with Big Bird’s Christmas Storytime and the Sesame Street Christmas Parade. The parade brings Elmo, Cookie Monster, Big Bird and their friends into the streets with decorated floats, Christmas costumes and holiday music, extending the celebration into one of the park’s most family-focused areas.
One of SeaWorld Orlando’s most recognizable Christmas traditions isn’t a stage show. The central lagoon once again transforms into the Sea of Trees, filling the water with illuminated Christmas trees synchronized to holiday music and centered around a towering 70-foot Christmas tree. The display becomes part of the scenery throughout the evening and also creates the backdrop for Winter Wonderland on Ice across the lagoon at Bayside Stadium. Christmas Celebration nights through December 31 will then conclude with Holiday Reflections: Fireworks Finale, combining fireworks, lights and Christmas music over the water.
Guests can also make their way into Rudolph’s Christmas Town, where Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and friends return for holiday character encounters, while Santa Claus will make appearances throughout the event. Between the characters, roaming performers, smaller shows, stadium productions, and nighttime spectaculars, Christmas Celebration reaches into nearly every corner of SeaWorld Orlando.
With Miracles returning for the first time since 2019 and joining an already substantial collection of Christmas Celebration favorites, Orlando’s 2026 entertainment lineup is looking particularly packed this year.
SeaWorld San Antonio Christmas Celebration

A few days after Orlando begins celebrating, Christmas arrives in Texas. SeaWorld San Antonio’s Christmas Celebration runs on select dates from November 12, 2026 through January 3, 2027, transforming the park with lights, seasonal entertainment, holiday characters, and some distinctly Texas takes on familiar Christmas traditions.
One of San Antonio’s biggest entertainment offerings is the RhythMotion Christmas Parade, which debuted during the 2025 Christmas Celebration and returns as part of this year’s festivities. Rather than sticking exclusively to a traditional Christmas aesthetic, RhythMotion incorporates SeaWorld’s ocean theme into its floats and costumes, creating a colorful holiday parade filled with live musicians, dancers, puppeteers, and stilt walkers.
San Antonio also shares a few Christmas Celebration traditions with its sister park in Orlando. O Wondrous Night returns with its musical retelling of the Nativity story, combining more than 30 Christmas carols with puppetry and live animals. Over at Sea Lion & Otter Stadium, guests can catch Clyde & Seamore’s Countdown to Christmas, which puts SeaWorld’s sea lions and otters at the center of a comedic Christmas adventure. Together, the two shows give San Antonio a mix of traditional holiday storytelling and the animal-focused entertainment SeaWorld is known for.
Where San Antonio really begins to develop its own identity is in the entertainment found outside the stadiums. The Merry Mariachis return to Beluga Pathway, bringing a Texas twist to Christmas music with traditional mariachi performances. Even Santa gets a little Texas makeover here, with guests able to meet Texas Santa, complete with his cowboy hat. These smaller touches help set San Antonio’s celebration apart from what guests will find at the other SeaWorld parks.
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer also remains a major part of the event. Guests can meet Rudolph, Clarice, and Bumble, while Rudolph’s Misfit Brass Band brings live music to the area. Nearby, Rudolph’s Christmas Tree Light Show synchronizes a large LED Christmas tree with music inspired by the classic holiday special, creating another nighttime entertainment option for guests exploring the park.
San Antonio is also expanding on one of its traditional holiday productions with A Wondrous Animal Connection, giving guests another chance to learn about and connect with some of the animals associated with O Wondrous Night. The experience takes part of the production beyond the stage and adds another animal-focused element to the park’s Christmas lineup.
Altogether, San Antonio’s Christmas Celebration feels recognizably SeaWorld while still having its own personality. Between a large-scale parade, mariachi Christmas music, animal presentations, traditional holiday shows and a cowboy-hat-wearing Santa, the park has developed a lineup that doesn’t simply duplicate what guests can see in Orlando or San Diego.
SeaWorld San Diego Christmas Celebration

Over on the West Coast, SeaWorld San Diego’s Christmas Celebration runs daily from November 13, 2026 through January 3, 2027. While Orlando and San Antonio have already revealed fairly extensive entertainment lineups, San Diego hasn’t shared quite as much about its 2026 schedule just yet. What has been announced, however, confirms that the park’s massive holiday transformation will return, with more than one million twinkling Christmas lights illuminating pathways and attractions throughout the park. Nightly snowfall will add another layer to the festivities, bringing a little winter to Southern California without guests having to deal with the less fun parts of the season.
One major show already confirmed to return is Clyde & Seamore’s Christmas Special at Sea Lion Stadium. The production debuted during the 2025 Christmas Celebration and gives San Diego its own take on the holiday tradition surrounding SeaWorld’s famous sea lion duo. While Orlando and San Antonio present Clyde & Seamore’s Countdown to Christmas, San Diego’s Christmas Special follows its own storyline, giving the West Coast park a version unique to its celebration.
Character experiences will also return throughout the event, with guests able to visit Santa Claus and his real reindeer, while Rudolph and friends will once again join the festivities. SeaWorld is also promising live musical performances and seasonal entertainment throughout the park, although the complete 2026 lineup hasn’t yet been released in the same detail as Orlando and San Antonio.
That still leaves some questions about which of San Diego’s recent Christmas productions will return this year. The 2025 event featured Toymaker Trouble with Mrs. Claus and the Elves, which followed Mrs. Claus and her elves through a holiday adventure, along with the live-singing Jingle Squad roaming the park. Other entertainment included A Stocking Full of Soul, Happy Harbor Holiday, Donner and Blitzen’s Lazer Light Show and Mrs. Claus’ Christmas Parade.
Those productions helped give San Diego a pretty substantial entertainment lineup last season, but until SeaWorld publishes its complete 2026 schedule, they shouldn’t necessarily be considered confirmed for this year’s event. With Christmas Celebration beginning November 13, there is still plenty of time for additional announcements before the first Christmas lights switch on.
Three SeaWorld Parks, Three Different Christmas Celebrations
Looking at all three SeaWorld parks together highlights just how much Christmas Celebration has developed its own identity at each location. Plenty of traditions overlap, but the events aren’t simply copies of one another. Each park builds its celebration around its own venues, performers, and signature entertainment, giving guests a noticeably different holiday experience depending on which park they’re visiting.
SeaWorld Orlando enters the 2026 season with an especially packed collection of returning entertainment, headlined by Miracles returning to Orca Stadium after a seven-year absence. That joins an already extensive lineup featuring Winter Wonderland on Ice, O Wondrous Night, Clyde & Seamore’s Countdown to Christmas, roaming performers, Sesame Street entertainment, the Sea of Trees and nightly fireworks. SeaWorld San Antonio shares some of those familiar traditions but gives its celebration a distinctly Texas personality through offerings like the RhythMotion Christmas Parade, Merry Mariachis and Texas Santa. On the West Coast, SeaWorld San Diego is preparing to illuminate the park with more than one million Christmas lights while bringing back holiday characters, live entertainment and its own version of Clyde and Seamore’s Christmas adventure.
More may still be coming. With several weeks to go before Christmas Celebration begins, SeaWorld San Diego could still announce additional entertainment.
Christmas Celebration begins first at SeaWorld Orlando on November 6, followed by SeaWorld San Antonio on November 12 and SeaWorld San Diego on November 13. All three celebrations are included with regular park admission, although event dates, show schedules, and individual entertainment offerings vary by location.
From the return of Miracles in Orlando to mariachi Christmas music in Texas and more than a million lights illuminating San Diego, the three SeaWorld parks may share the Christmas Celebration name, but each has found its own way to celebrate the season. And with more announcements still possible before November, we’ll be keeping an eye on all three as Christmas Celebration 2026 gets closer.
